Alright I'm making some blueberry muffins today on Infrared Oven Cooking TV. With this particular one, you're just adding water. So I got myself a foil pan. I went ahead -- I actually started recording this but my battery died. So that's why you see it's already prepared. I was actually showing you me putting the mixture here in the butter. So it's just like a little shortcut.
Here is the blueberry mixture in a foil pan. I was going to get the cups -- the baking cups. But I decided to go with the foil pan instead. I don't see why, I guess I could if I wanted the cupcake shape I could form, you know, get me some regular foil. You know just some regular foil and use that to form into a cup and put some mixture in there. But I don't see why that wouldn't work since considering this is foil itself. So just an idea -- something you can try, I guess.

So I decided to go ahead and make the mixture in my measuring cup. You have to add like a half cup of water to this mixture. And I went ahead and did that and it just didn't make any sense for me to have, you know, create like have another bowl for the mixture just to measure some water. It just didn't make any sense to waste a good cup. You know it's already been used it's gonna be washed, even though it had just water in it. So you know I said, 'Why not just put the mixture in there and stir it up in the cup?' Save dishes and not a lot for me to wash considering the time is 4:15 in the morning. So I figured just do it all in one cup. It just makes sense to. So there we have it. And I'm going to cook it for about 15-20 minutes. And I'll let you watch it for a little bit and then I'm going to cut it off. I'm sure I'm not going to have this going for a whole 15 minutes. But I'll cut it off and then take a picture of the end result when it's done.
